Window

We have a massive living room window. Well, maybe that needs a bit of perspective; relative to the size of our house and our living room, we have a massive window. But regardless of the size of our window, it is a beautiful window with which to look out into the world beyond. 

The dog loves it. She sees many other dogs, people and cars. All things to bark at. Incessantly.

The boy loves it. He sees birds, people and the wind blowing things around. All things to point at and go "oo, oo". 

But the dad? I know he doesn't love it. He hates how much of our living wall it takes up and how heavy it was to lift into that hole and how it means the world can look into our house. At least, I thought he hated it...

 

Or maybe it's just that he loves spending time with his son and his dog. Hmmm. That might be it.
